About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to take on a pivotal role in building and leading the people function. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end HR function, including HR business partners, payroll, culture and employee engagement, compensation and benefits, and talent acquisition. This is a high-autonomy position that demands the ability to create and implement HR strategy and programs from the ground up, in alignment with the company's goals. The VP of HR will work closely with executive leadership, drive operational discipline, and ensure that the HR function scales effectively with the business. Applicants for the VP of HR role at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' of progressive HR leadership experience, with a strong preference for those who have worked in high-growth SaaS environments.
