Operations & Fulfillment Assistant

are a growing industrial distribution company seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time

Operations & Fulfillment Assistant to support daily warehouse and order operations. This is a hands-on

role focused on order fulfillment, inventory organization, and administrative support. You will work

directly with the owner and help keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship small parcel orders

• Print shipping labels and packing slips

• Process and enter customer orders

• Send tracking information to customers

• Maintain organized inventory and warehouse space

• Perform basic inventory counts

• Coordinate shipment updates with our fulfillment partner

• Assist with light administrative tasks

What We’re Looking For

• Strong attention to detail

• Comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs

• Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets)

• Organized and dependable

• Ability to work independently

• Warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus (not required)
