Job Description

This role focuses on transforming residential properties into modern, livable spaces by performing upgrades, repairs, and cosmetic improvements on both interiors and exteriors.

Responsibilities

• Execute interior and exterior renovations across assigned residential properties.

• Install and repair drywall, flooring, doors, windows, cabinets, fixtures, and trim to meet quality and safety standards.

• Assist with painting, plumbing, and light electrical tasks as part of renovation and maintenance projects.

• Troubleshoot structural, mechanical, and building systems issues that arise during remodels.

• Support HVAC, air conditioning, and appliance repair tasks as needed to ensure proper operation.

• Work closely with project managers to meet project deadlines and maintain high-quality workmanship.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work site, following all safety procedures and compliance requirements.

• Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials required for renovation projects.

• Document work performed, including repairs and upgrades, and communicate daily progress to the project team.

• Provide occasional support with routine property maintenance when required.

Essential Skills

• Hands-on experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar repair or service role.

• Strong electrical, mechanical, and troubleshooting skills for residential properties.

• Proficiency in plumbing, including basic repairs and drainage-related work.

• Carpentry skills, including framing, trim work, and installation of doors, windows, and cabinets.

• Experience with drywall installation, repair, and finishing.

• Knowledge of HVAC systems, air conditioning units, and basic appliance repair.

• Ability to perform residential construction tasks safely and efficiently.

• Capability to work in active remodel environments while using tools and materials correctly.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

• Effective communication skills to document work and coordinate with project managers.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in residential renovation projects, including cosmetic and structural improvements.

• Familiarity with renovation techniques, building materials, and standard construction tools.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks on different properties within a local area.

• Strong organizational skills to maintain an orderly work site and manage tools and materials.

• Comfort working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

This is a Permanent position based out of Harrisburg, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $66560.00/yr.
