Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish a positive and trusting rapport with patients to foster a therapeutic alliance, encouraging open communication and engagement.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose a variety of mental health disorders, tailoring treatment strategies based upon individual patient needs.

• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans, adjusting approaches based on patient progress and feedback.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, employing effective counseling techniques and methodologies.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Regularly conduct follow-up assessments to evaluate treatment effectiveness and modify strategies as necessary.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams as needed, referring clients to specialized services when appropriate for comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your patient population will encompass a diverse range of individuals and families facing varying mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. You will play an instrumental role in guiding clients through their therapeutic processes, helping them develop coping strategies and improve their familial and interpersonal relationships.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license is required.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is necessary.

Compensation and Benefits\n
