Location: Philadelphia, PA Pay Rate: $72/hour Employment Type: Temporary (with potential for hire) Start Date: ASAP Schedule: M-F, 8:30am - 5pm

What You'll Do

• Review and verify prescription orders for accuracy, appropriateness, and safety
• Provide clinical guidance and collaborate with prescribers to resolve discrepancies
• Dispense medications with a focus on proper dosing, administration, and patient-specific needs
• Deliver patient consultations, including education on home infusion therapies
• Complete DUR checks and maintain detailed patient records and documentation
• Navigate insurance authorizations and resolve claim denials
• Support oversight of pharmacy operations, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance

What We're Looking For

• A current, up-to-date resume
• Active pharmacist license in good standing (PA or eligible)
• Pharm.D. or BS Pharmacy degree from an accredited program
• Required: Recent home infusion pharmacy experience
• 23 years of pharmacy experience preferred
• Experience with Brightree Pharmacy System is a plus
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local pharmacy regulations
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced setting
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to meet compliance requirements
