VRF Field Service Technician
- Diagnose and resolve complex HVAC, refrigeration, airflow, and
- electrical issues while maintaining a strong first-time repair approach.
- Install, commission, and service conventional HVAC and advanced
- VRF/VRV systems from leading manufacturers.
- Improve equipment performance and reduce downtime through
- comprehensive preventive maintenance programs.
- Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and manufacturer specifications
- to complete repairs accurately and efficiently.
- Build lasting customer relationships through clear communication,
- professionalism, and dependable service.
- Maintain strict compliance with Virginia mechanical codes,
- manufacturer requirements, and workplace safety standards.
- Produce accurate electronic service documentation and manage
- emergency service calls in fast-paced environments.
