We’re Hiring: Registered Nurse – Long-Term Care

Job Summary:
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you’ll be the heart of nursing care, providing skilled, compassionate support to residents. You’ll use your expertise to assess, plan, and evaluate care, all while making meaningful contributions to their lives.
Responsibilities:
Lead with Care: Supervise nonprofessional staff and provide guidance as needed.
Collaborate & Improve: Attend conferences and provide recommendations to enhance resident care.
Assess & Document: Gather and document comprehensive health histories from residents and their families.
Care Planning: Contribute to care plans that prioritize safe and effective care for residents.
Teamwork: Work with families and healthcare teams to carry out care goals and evaluate the effectiveness of treatments.
Professional Growth: Stay updated with the latest in nursing practice through educational programs.
Skills & Abilities:
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Strong time management and problem-solving capabilities.
Leadership abilities to guide your team and delegate tasks.
Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar software.
Education & Experience:
Must obtain a Montana state license prior to the start date
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, bend, and reach for extended periods.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
