Business and Process Analyst

1+ years of experience in business analysis or process improvement.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business units to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements.

Map, assess, and improve existing business processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency, automation, or system enhancement.

Translate business needs into clear specifications for IT developers, system administrators, and vendors.

Support IT project teams through requirements validation, testing, and change management activities.

Conduct workflow analysis, data validation, and root cause investigations for system or process issues.

Develop and maintain process documentation, system diagrams, and user guides.

Partner with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with organizational policies, technology standards, and strategic objectives.

Assist in evaluating technology options and recommending improvements to systems, processes, and operational practices.

Nice to Have:

Relevant professional certification(s) from the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA), Project Management Institute (PMI), Lean Six Sigma, ITIL, COBIT, etc.

Deep knowledge of requirements gathering methods, process improvement techniques, and testing practices.

Strong analytical, problem solving, and process modeling skills.
