Mental Health Support Worker

Lutheran Social Services is seeking a compassionate Mental Health Support Worker to provide direct, community-based support to adults and youth experiencing mental health challenges. In this mission-driven role, you’ll assist clients with daily living skills, recovery goals, and coping strategies while promoting dignity, independence, and safety. You will monitor and document client progress, help implement treatment and safety plans, and collaborate closely with clinicians, case managers, and community partners.
