LVI Associates is seeking a Senior Director, Land Development & Entitlements in New York City. This key role oversees land use and entitlement strategies for utility-scale energy projects. The successful candidate will lead efforts to secure complex approvals, work closely with diverse teams, and mentor the development staff. The ideal candidate has over 12 years in land development and a successful track record with discretionary land use approvals.
