OB/GYN Laborist Position

We are currently looking for a full-time, Board Certified/Board Eligible OB/GYN Laborist to join our team in Mountain View and Los Gatos, CA.

• Work schedule consists of seven (7) 24-hour shifts each month, with flexibility in scheduling.
• The Laborist will provide coverage for eleven (11) Obstetricians.
• On average, the Laborist will manage three (3) deliveries per 24-hour shift at El Camino Hospital.
• Support is always available from UMP Obstetricians and the OB Hospitalist Group on-site.
• Responsibilities include rounding on all inpatients (postpartum and antepartum), averaging 5-10 patients daily.
• El Camino Hospital features a Level 3 NICU, a dedicated Anesthesiologist available 24/7 for Labor & Delivery, as well as a Neonatologist and Pediatric Hospitalist on-site around the clock.

We offer a comprehensive full-time compensation package that includes:

• A two-year base salary guarantee with total annual compensation of $335,510 (for 1.0 FTE).
