Qualifications:

• Current VA Special Education License required

Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and small-group instruction to K-5 students with diverse needs
• Manage a caseload of approximately 20 students, ensuring all IEP goals and requirements are met
• Facilitate and document IEP meetings, serving as a liaison among educators, specialists, and parents
• Track student progress and provide timely reporting and updates
• Collaborate with general educators and support staff to implement accommodations and modifications
• Maintain accurate records and submit all required documentation promptly
