Job Title Parking Attendant Job Description We are looking to recruit an energetic, detail-oriented Parking Attendant to maintain our lot and ensure that prices and quantities are accurate, accept payments, issue receipts, answer inquiries, and provide helpful information to customers about products, promotions, or item location. You will also respond to complaints, process refunds or exchanges of items, and maintain a clean workspace. Company Metro Auto Parks is a privately-owned parking operations and management company. Metro's Preferred Parking Program currently offers monthly and daily parking at many locations along the rail lines and busways. This program allows Metro patrons to park in the designated Preferred Permit Parking area of the facility when the vehicle is displaying a valid permit. Able to calculate and perform basic arithmetic functions in the application of revenue accounting and cash accounting. Must have excellent verbal communication skills and basic computer skills. Must be able to work in a team environment. Must have a valid driver's license. Dependent upon location, parking attendants might have to stand or sit for prolonged periods.
