Real Estate Business Manager

This role is responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day business operations, including transaction coordination, social media coordination, event planning, office administration, vendor relationships, and team support. Responsibilities Manage all transaction coordination and paperwork from contract to closing, ensuring deadlines, documents, and communications are completed accurately and on time. Oversee daily business operations by maintaining systems, processes, vendors, office supplies, and administrative functions that keep the company running efficiently. Coordinate company events and team initiatives, including client appreciation events, networking functions, meetings, and internal team activities. Manage social media and marketing support, including scheduling content, coordinating campaigns, and maintaining a consistent brand presence across platforms. Provide operational support to leadership by tracking projects, solving problems, improving processes, and ensuring key priorities are executed without oversight. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in office management, real estate, or a related field strongly preferred. Must possess exemplary problem‑solving, communication, and time‑management skills. Real estate license is a bonus. Basic computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Excel.
