About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Operations to take on a key role in the expansion of its construction organization, which is dedicated to supporting critical infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all construction operations, including field operations, purchasing and warehouse, safety, and quality. This executive will be tasked with driving performance, building high-performing teams, and ensuring the best-in-class project execution across the organization. The role demands a leader who can thrive in a dynamic environment and is motivated to build, improve, and scale systems, teams, and results. Applicants for the Vice President of Operations position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' leadership experience in construction operations, with a proven track record of delivering results. Experience in leading multi-site or large-scale field operations is essential, as is a strong background in business and financial acumen, including ownership of budgets, margins, and performance metrics.
