About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Operations to provide senior leadership and oversight for a significant number of full-service restaurant locations within the Los Angeles market. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, labor efficiency, and overall restaurant performance, as well as ensuring operational standards and a consistent guest experience across all locations. This role requires a hands-on operator with a strong understanding of sales, labor, food cost, and profitability drivers, who can coach and develop General Managers and leadership teams, and is comfortable balancing field engagement with strategic operational oversight.
