Job Title: RN Medical/Surgical Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Medical/Surgical Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 PM - 07:30 AM Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum years of experience required License: Current RN license Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: Current CPR certification Description: Responsible for providing care to patients in a medical/surgical setting. Perform assessments and develop nursing care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor patients' conditions and report changes to the healthcare team. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Educate patients and their families on health management and post-discharge care. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Adhere to safety and infection control protocols. Participate in team meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
