Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy required
• Active Physical Therapist Licensure in Washington state
• Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations highly preferred
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Ability to adapt therapeutic strategies to individual student needs
• Comfortable working onsite and engaging positively with multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct 1:1 physical therapy services to students in school settings
• Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and staff to support students’ goals
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights for student plans
• Encourage and motivate students to reach their potential in a nurturing environment
