Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy required
• Active Physical Therapist Licensure in Washington State
• Experience working in a school setting or with pediatric populations preferred
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Ability to assess, develop, and implement individualized therapy plans for students
• Willingness to work full-time, on-site

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one physical therapy services to students, following individualized education program (IEP) goals
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other related service providers to support student progress
• Document student performance, maintain records, and contribute to IEP meetings as needed
• Assist in developing and adapting physical learning environments to maximize student participation
• Stay updated on best practices and comply with state and federal regulations
