Make an impact in the lives of students by providing specialized physical therapy services in a dynamic school-based environment. This full-time, on-site contract role is ideal for a motivated Physical Therapist eager to support individual students through 1:1 care. Candidates with a passion for travel are encouraged to apply, bringing valuable expertise to a vibrant school community near Spanaway and Yelm, Washington.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy
- Active Physical Therapist Licensure in Washington
- Experience working with pediatric populations or within school settings preferred
- Demonstrated skill in designing and implementing individual physical therapy plans
- Flexibility, organization, and strong communication abilities
- Commitment to promoting student independence and well-being
Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-on-one physical therapy sessions to students based on their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine students’ motor skill and mobility needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and families to integrate therapeutic strategies throughout the school day
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in student meetings as an integral member of the support team
- Adapt therapy interventions to accommodate diverse needs and learning environments

Compensation for this position ranges from $37.41 to $67.41. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
