As a Food Production Associate, you will play an important role in producing and packaging high-quality food products while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, quality, and workplace safety. 12‑Hour Schedule Shifts (4 Days On / 4 Days Off)

• Day Shift — 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM — $18.60/hr

• Night Shift — 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM — $20.60/hr

3rd shift 

(Sunday-Thursday or Monday-Friday) 

• 3rd Shift — 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM — $20.60/hr

Responsibilities

• Inspect food products and packaging to ensure quality standards are met
• Remove defective products and materials as needed
• Package, stack, and prepare finished products for shipment
• Safely operate pallet jacks and assist with material movement
• Support production lines to maintain efficient operations
• Clean equipment and work areas in accordance with GMP and food safety standards
• Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures
• Assist with cross-training and other production-related tasks as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to read, write, and understand English
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
