Mail Services Coordinator II

Position Title: Mail Services Coordinator II

Location: Charleston, SC 29405

Duration: 3 Months

Schedule: Mon Fri 8:30 AM 5:00 PM.

PR: $18.33/hour on W2

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Mail services (Incoming and Outgoing) currently covered by DAP Coordinators, including electronic document storage
Printing and processing all outgoing letters, disability packets, Medicare packets, etc., each with appropriate attachments, multiple times a day
Documenting all incoming mail in the SSI and CSHCS Applications
Scanning and emailing mail to telecommuters through Outlook
Saving documents to EXP member folders
Tracking all inventory of stationary for appropriate ordering in a timely manner

Requirement:

High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to navigate the internet
Valid Driver's License required
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
The ability to lift up to 25lbs.
