Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAbout the RoleSpringbrook Dentistry is hiring a Treatment Coordinator to guide patients from diagnosis to accepted, scheduled treatment; including verifying insurance eligibility and breaking down costs so patients can make confident decisions about care.Key Responsibilities:Treatment Case ManagementPresent treatment plans and costs to patients following clinical diagnosisConvert diagnosed treatment into scheduled, accepted casesFollow up on unscheduled or incomplete treatment plans to drive case acceptanceTrack and report on case acceptance and conversion ratesInsurance Eligibility & BreakdownVerify insurance eligibility and benefits ahead of treatment presentationsPrepare accurate cost breakdowns (insurance coverage vs. patient out-of-pocket) tied directly to each treatment planClearly explain deductibles, coverage limits, and estimated patient portionsSubmit pre-authorizations as needed to support treatment planning and schedulingFinancial Options & Follow-ThroughOffer and explain financing options and the in-house Wellness PlanCoordinate with billing teamMaintain clear, organized records of treatment plans, eligibility checks, and patient financial agreementsRequirementsPrior dental insurance/billing or treatment coordination experience strongly preferred (Open Dental experience a plus)Comfortable presenting treatment costs and discussing money with patientsStrong organizational skills; able to manage eligibility checks and pre-auths tied to active treatment plansSpanish fluency a plus, not requiredCompensation$25/hr baseBonus tied to treatment case acceptance/conversion \nCompany DescriptionPrivate practiceCompany DescriptionPrivate practice
