Temporary FC Operations AssociateWe are seeking a Temporary FC Operations Associate to join their rapidly growing team. The Temporary FC Operations Associate is responsible for the accurate set-up, picking, packing, and manifesting of materials according to the client's specifications. The ideal candidate has experience in PC applications and can learn new systems quickly.Key Results Areas:Help with line set-upConduct daily cycle counts and assist in resolving cycle count discrepancy issuesUtilize the technology as required throughout the day; voice technology, RF guns, and other equipment as requiredAssist with various administrative, receiving, and shipping duties as requiredComplete required paperwork and project time-tracking documentationRestock packaging materialsAssist team members in meeting and exceeding the customers' expectationsParticipate in process improvement by communicating with the supervisor or team leadAll other duties as assignedSkills & Qualifications:High school diploma or GED or three years of relevant warehouse experience requiredPrevious warehouse experience preferredMust possess basic math and reading skills as well as the ability to understand written and verbal instructionsStrong attention to detail and team-building skillsAble to bend, stretch, and stand for the duration of the shiftCapable of lifting up to 40 pounds on your own or heavier weights as part of a team-liftXPDEL, Inc. is committed to an inclusive workplace that does not discriminate against race, nationality, religion, age, marital status, physical or mental disability, sexual orientation, gender, or gender identity.
