A critical success factor will be aligning Excellerate's current service offerings with the key client needs and working with COE leaders to drive future service offerings that meet customer needs and expectations.Minimum RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's Degree in any fieldExperience: 1-2 years of Excellerate experience preferred or 3-5 years of Mechanical HVAC skidded solutions fabrication operations and or design & salesTravel: 10-20%Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 6 am and 6 pm, Monday through Friday.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerates early involvement opportunities for Excellerate.Participates in developing effective client relations and delivery processes to ensure customer needs are met.Maintains awareness of client opportunities in the pipeline.Has a working knowledge of all Excellerate's capabilities to share with clients.Helps drive success of client while meeting or exceeding FTI corporate goals.Understands financial performance of the account and leads strategies to improve all key metrics.Works closely with all leaders to ensure effective coordination and integration are occurring.Monitors progress of awarded projects and successful initiatives to ensure customer satisfaction.Demonstrates approachability and ability to effectively collaborate and influence others.Manage relations with key customer contacts, meeting onsite with customer as needed.Oversee the implementation of satellite locations, and coordinate with site leadership to ensure productivity and quality.Provides employee coaching and development and writes and delivers employee performance reviews for direct reports.Ensure effective employee relations.Maintains all relevant trade licenses and certifications.Able to provide customer service and answer questions for internal and external customers.Responsible for demonstrating and ensuring all employees are following company policies.Responsible for training of new employees and identifying deficiencies.Provides employee coaching and development and writes and delivers employee performance reviews.Performs other related duties as required and assigned.The job description and responsibilities described are intended to provide guidelines for job expectations and the employee's ability to perform the position described.
