Warehouse Stand up Forklift Operator

Position Description Ryder is hiring a Temp to Hire Stand‑Up Reach Truck Forklift Lead in Wilmer, Texas. Compensation & Schedule Hourly Pay: $20.00 per hour Schedule: Friday - Sunday 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM Pay Weekly Responsibilities Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation and cycle counting. Carry out duties within performance measurement guidelines of the contract. Accurately pick and pack, audit, tote induction, staging of products, and load/unload trucks. Handle day‑to‑day paperwork in the warehouse (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.). Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during core shift hours of production. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. One year or more of related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred. Valid Forklift Operator’s License certified. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Team player able to work within a diverse work environment. Ability to create and maintain professional relationships at all levels. Highly thorough and dependable. Punctual with a good attendance record. Performs work independently with minimal supervision. High initiative. High accuracy, even under pressure. Can lift or push/pull up to 35 lbs. Can stand for long periods. Works using health and safety methods. Flexible schedule available on various shifts. Detail oriented with excellent follow‑up practices.
