Description

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent degree from an accredited institution

Certifications

• State licensure as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification preferred
• Additional specialized certifications (e.g., in neurology or geriatrics) are a plus but not essential
