Consumer Collections Supervisor — Lead Compliance & Performance

Brown & Joseph, LLC

Brown & Joseph, LLC seeks a Consumer Collections Supervisor to lead a 10–15 person debt-collections team, driving performance and compliance. You will coach staff, ensure FDCPA/TCPA/Reg F compliance, and manage sensitive accounts while coordinating with clients and internal teams on portfolio performance. Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in consumer collections, 1–2+ years in a supervisory role, and strong Excel/reporting skills.
