NOW HIRING – Pharmacy Support Associate Pay Rate: $17.50/hr Onsite Position Temp-to-Hire Opportunity Schedule Sunday: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM Tuesday: 6:00 PM – 10:30 PM Wednesday: 6:00 PM – 10:30 PM Thursday: 6:00 PM – 10:30 PM Friday: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM Mandatory overtime based on business needs Adecco Healthcare & LifeSciences is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join a fast-paced pharmacy production environment. Pharmacy technician or warehouse experience is preferred but not required. Job Responsibilities Fill prescription vials accurately with tablets and capsules Retrieve and process bulk and unit-use medications Restock automated medication dispensing cells Use handheld scanners to scan medication barcodes Pack and prepare prescriptions for shipping Maintain a clean and organized work environment Follow HIPAA regulations and pharmacy procedures Meet daily production and accuracy goals Support team operations and assist with additional duties as assigned Requirements High School Diploma or GED required Ability to lift up to 30 lbs regularly Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hour shifts Comfortable with repetitive tasks and attention to detail Basic math, reading, and computer skills required Strong teamwork and communication skills Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-changing environment Preferred Qualifications Pharmacy technician experience or degree (not required in NYS) Warehouse or production experience Knowledge of pharmacy operations and standards Workplace: Climate-controlled environment, Team-oriented workplace, Growth opportunity with temp-to-hire potential Benefits Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
