Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is preferred; strong CFY candidates will be considered
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is a plus
• Solid understanding of IEP process, goal writing, and progress monitoring
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to organize caseload, meet deadlines, and maintain thorough documentation

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication abilities using standardized assessment tools
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on students’ needs and IEP goals
• Provide direct speech-language services in individual, small group, or classroom settings
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to maximize student success
• Track progress and maintain accurate case notes and documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute valuable insights for educational planning
• Promote positive attitudes toward speech therapy and communicate progress to all stakeholders
