Estimator
As the Estimator, you will report into senior estimating leadership and support the preconstruction team across multiple active pursuits. Assist in preparing detailed cost estimates for commercial and multi-family projects. Perform accurate quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications. Support subcontractor and supplier outreach, including bid solicitation and tracking. Assist with bid leveling, scope reviews, and pricing analysis. Review plans, specifications, and addenda to ensure full scope coverage. Maintain estimating databases and historical cost information. Prepare bid proposals and supporting documentation for tender submissions.

The successful applicant will have experience in commercial or multi-family construction estimating. A strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and take-offs is required. Familiarity with estimating software and Microsoft Office tools (Excel in particular) is necessary. Ability to analyze subcontractor bids and support pricing evaluations is essential. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are required. Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with project teams are needed. A proactive attitude with a desire to learn and grow within preconstruction is important.
