Business Analyst

Job Description: Business Analysis Elicit, document, and validate business and functional requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process walkthroughs Produce high-quality artifacts: BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, process flows (AS-IS / TO-BE), and data mapping documents Conduct gap analysis, feasibility assessments, and impact analysis for change requests Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring shared understanding of scope and priorities Support UAT planning, test case review, and sign-off coordination Project Management Own end-to-end project delivery: planning, scheduling, resource coordination, risk management, and status reporting Manage project scope, timeline, and budget; proactively flag risks and drive mitigation plans Facilitate sprint ceremonies (planning, standups, retrospectives) in Agile/hybrid environments Maintain RAID logs, project dashboards, and executive-level status reports Coordinate across multiple vendors, internal teams, and client stakeholders Key Requirements Requirements gathering User stories Stakeholder management UAT experience Project coordination/PM experience IT Services or Consulting background required HRIS experience is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
