You will: Own all pre-litigation work on your docket Make sure clients understand the process they will undertake Draft all documents related to pre-litigation Oversee all negotiations and demands What we're looking for: Must be a member of the CA bar Must have a degree from an accredited law school At least 1 year of PI experience You must be willing to work at volume, we are a volume firm You must be open to some trial work down the line Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
