$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based
Responsibilities: What You’ll DoAs a Licensed Real Estate Sales Agent , you will:
Meet with qualified buyers and sellers to understand their real estate goals
Conduct buyer consultations and listing appointments
Provide market insights, CMAs, and pricing recommendations
Present and negotiate offers, contracts, and purchase agreements
Manage client relationships from consultation through closing
Use CRM technology to manage leads, follow-up, and communications
Follow proven sales systems and processes to increase conversions
Deliver exceptional service that drives referrals and repeat business
Active Virginia Real Estate License (required)
Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
Professional, confident, and client-focused
Team-oriented with a strong desire for career growth
Coachable and committed to following proven real estate sales systems
Real estate sales experience preferred, but not required
