Qualifications: • • Experience in real estate sales, particularly in listing properties, is essential. • Ability to conduct engaging and informative listing presentations with potential sellers. • Proven track record of successfully negotiating contracts and guiding clients through the closing process. • Familiarity with CRM systems and technology to manage and nurture leads effectively. • Strong understanding of local market trends in the Virginia Beach-Norfolk-Newport News area. • Commitment to continuous learning through attending coaching and training sessions. • Excellent communication skills to build and maintain client relationships and trust. Compensation: $100,000+ at plan commission
