Compensation:

$95,000 - $180,000+ commission based

Responsibilities: What You’ll Do

• Conduct buyer and seller consultations and identify client goals

• Show properties and guide buyers through the home-buying process

• Prepare Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) and pricing recommendations

• Prepare, present, and negotiate offers and contracts

• List, market, and sell residential properties

• Manage client relationships from consultation through closing

• Build referral and repeat business through exceptional service

• Maintain an organized client database and CRM

• Follow proven lead-conversion and sales systems

• Deliver a professional, high-quality client experience

Qualifications:

• Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
• Technology driven
• Past sales experience is preferred
• Great communication and social skills
• Self-motivation and drive
