The HR Coordinator will play a key role in supporting both Human Resources and Talent Acquisition functions. This entry-level position is responsible for assisting with recruitment activities, onboarding, employee records management, HR administration, employee engagement initiatives, and compliance-related processes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, customer-service focused, and eager to build a career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Support Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers Post job openings on company career sites, job boards, and social media platforms Screen resumes, source passive candidates and conduct initial candidate outreach as needed Assist recruiters and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process Track candidate activity and maintain accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Facilitate pre-employment requirements, including background checks and employment verifications Support recruiting events, job fairs, and university outreach initiatives Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and follow-up Human Resources Support Coordinate onboarding activities, including new hire paperwork, orientation scheduling, and system access requests. Maintain accurate employee records and HR information systems (HRIS) Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits Assist with benefits administration and annual enrollment activities Support employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and company events Help prepare HR reports, metrics, and audits Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations Assist with document management, policy acknowledgments, and personnel file maintenance Provide administrative support for performance management and training programs Administrative Responsibilities Manage HR department calendars and scheduling Prepare employment-related documents, correspondence, and reports Coordinate meetings, trainings, and employee communications Ensure confidentiality and security of employee information Support special HR and Talent Acquisition projects as assigned Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field 0–2 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, Administrative Support, or a related field Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, and customer service Preferred Internship or professional experience supporting HR or recruiting functions Familiarity with HRIS and/or Applicant Tracking Systems, experience with Paylocity is a plus but not required Basic knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices HR certification interest or progress toward SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar credentials Competencies Customer Focus Communication Skills Relationship Building Attention to Detail Problem Solving Organization and Planning Adaptability Teamwork Confidentiality and Integrity " #J-18808-Ljbffr Nimble
