Solution Engineer

We are looking for a strategic and operational lead to drive key areas of Sales Engineering function. Responsibilities: Drive Deal Success: Join high-impact demos, POC scoping, and trial debriefs to align ACCELQ’s value proposition with customer objectives. Strategic Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve technical blockers, adoption issues, and competitive threats in “Red/Yellow Flag” deals. Optimize Demo Strategy: Periodically improvise demo flows and trial workshops based on the latest product releases to ensure a consistent, high-converting experience. Bridge Sales & Technical Teams: Act as the primary link between the Sales and Engineering teams to ensure demo needs and technical assets (dashboards, test flows) are met. Team Growth & Performance: Mentor junior SEs, manage team KPIs, and lead hiring efforts to scale the function. Insights & Analysis: Conduct quarterly Win/Loss analysis to refine our approach and improve global SE performance. Requirements: Technical Expertise: Strong background in test automation or enterprise software pre-sales. Strategic Thinking: Ability to look beyond the “feature” and sell the “solution”. Leadership: Experience mentoring teams and managing cross-functional projects. Communication: A bridge-builder who can navigate between sales pressure and technical execution.
