Position Summary Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist / HR Manager to support HR operations at a manufacturing facility in Henderson, NV. This is a hands-on HR role responsible for supporting employees and leadership across employee relations, HR compliance, onboarding and offboarding, performance management, HRIS administration, training, and employee engagement. This is a hands-on HR role responsible for supporting employees and leadership across employee relations, HR compliance, onboarding and offboarding, performance management, HRIS administration, training, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, independently handling day-to-day HR matters, and partnering with leadership to support workforce initiatives and business objectives. Responsibilities Serve as an HR resource for employees and managers regarding policies, procedures, and workplace concerns. Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, investigations, disciplinary actions, accommodations, and terminations. Facilitate new hire orientation, onboarding, offboarding, and employee recognition programs. Support HR programs related to benefits, leave, compensation, training, and company policies. Partner with leadership on HR strategies and workforce initiatives. Support recruiting, interviewing, and hiring activities as needed. Maintain HRIS systems, employee records, documentation, and reporting. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies. Support performance management, coaching, training, and employee development initiatives. Analyze HR metrics and provide information to support business decisions. Review and improve HR policies, procedures, and processes. Partner with manufacturing and operations teams to address workforce challenges. Support employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives. Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee and company information. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3+ years of Human Resources experience preferred. Manufacturing or distribution HR experience strongly preferred. Strong experience with employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution. Knowledge of employment laws, HR compliance, and HR best practices. Experience with HRIS and payroll systems; ADP experience preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
