Healthcare HR Generalist: Employee Relations & Onboarding
Brooklyn Plaza Medical Center, Inc.
Brooklyn Plaza Medical Center is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support daily HR operations in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This hands-on role covers employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, benefits, HRIS (Paycom), payroll, compliance, and training to foster a positive workplace culture.
The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of HR experience, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and strong communication and confidentiality skills to handle sensitive information.
