Global HR Operations Leader - Employee Experience

AbbVie is seeking an Associate Director, HRConnect People Support to lead a global HR operations team delivering exceptional employee experience as the first point of contact for HR matters within AbbVie’s shared services center. The role collaborates with cross-functional partners to translate requirements into HR services solutions and to improve processes across geographies.
