Sales Coordinator

Sales CoordinatorThis position is primarily responsible for coordinating and supporting the sales teams with some general administrative duties. This will include but not limited to assisting the Sales managers, processing of paperwork, monitoring sales teams schedules and tracking sales pipeline. We are looking to fill this position within the next 30-60 days.Core Duties and ResponsibilitiesCoordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant informationEnsure the adequacy of sales-related paperworkRespond to customers when needed and give after-sales support when requestedStore and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reportsHandle the processing of all contracts with accuracy and timelinessInform clients of production timelines, construction expectations, unforeseen delays or problemsMonitor the team's progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvementsAssist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or eventsAssist in the coordination of meeting material, both internal and externalWork closely with the management staff and owners to ensure any and all policies, agendas and quotas are being metEnsure adherence to laws, policies and proceduresRequirements3+ years of Administrative experience3+ years of Customer Service experienceBasic understanding of Word, Excel, PDF, Google Drive, Gmail, Calendar management, File managementCultural ExpectationsOrganized, efficient work ethicEffective, clear communication across all channels i.e. email, phone and in-personWorks well in teamsSelf-motivated, determined and goal orientatedSalesforce experience is a plus!CompensationFull-Time positionHours: M-F, 8:00AM to 5:00PMHourly employee, possible salary DOEPossible opportunity for commission, DOEHealth and dental benefits available after 60 days of employmentAdded PerksYoung, collaborative work environmentGreat work-life balanced environmentAccess to opportunities to grow, professionally and personally
