A tech-forward boutique systematic asset manager - scaled from ~$1B to nearly $8B AUM in the past 12 months via a major distribution partner - is hiring a Head of Systematic Equity to lead alpha research and portfolio management for a multi-billion dollar AUM systematic equity portfolio. The seat: Player-coach role reporting directly to the CIO Own the systematic equity research and portfolio management agenda end-to-end for a multi-billion dollar book - signals, backtesting, portfolio construction, client-facing analytics Flat, collaborative, engineering-driven culture What they want: 10-15+ yrs in medium frequency (days to weeks) quantitative equity as a PM or Head of Research.
