Senior Manager, Clinical Scientist, Hematology

Regeneron seeks a Senior Manager in Clinical Sciences for hematology programs to support clinical trial planning, execution, and data interpretation across early and late-phase development. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with Medical Directors, regulatory compliance, and clinical data oversight within a matrixed team environment.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Medical Directors to design and deliver clinical studies and hematology programs
- Author and review clinical protocol sections, amendments, study reports, and regulatory documents
- Perform clinical data review and safety monitoring across assigned studies with consistent practices
- Develop expanded synopses, medical monitoring plans, and informed consent documents
- Participate in program meetings, advisory boards, steering committees, and data safety monitoring boards
Requirements
- Advanced degree in life science or healthcare (PhD, MD, PharmD, or MSc)
- 8+ years of pharmaceutical clinical drug development experience
- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice, study design, and clinical research methodology
- Strong analytical, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Cross-functional collaboration experience with organizational awareness
- Track record of clinical trial process improvements (preferred)
Compensation: $150,500-$245,500 base
