Senior Manager, Clinical Scientist, Genetics Medicine

Regeneron seeks a Senior Manager, Clinical Scientist to support early-stage clinical development in genetics medicine. The role involves clinical strategy, protocol development, regulatory submissions, and cross-functional collaboration to advance genetic insights toward proof-of-concept studies.

Responsibilities

• Represent clinical genetics medicine function on study teams and contribute medical expertise to trial execution
• Develop clinical study concepts, protocols, and amendments with literature-based indication and endpoint rationale
• Draft clinical sections of regulatory documents including IND/IMPD submissions and investigator's brochures
• Partner with Clinical Trial Managers to provide clinical oversight, training, and day-to-day study support
• Support medical monitoring, safety analyses, and organize steering committees and advisory boards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years clinical research or development experience
• PhD, PharmD, or Master's in biomedical subject (preferred)
• Scientific training in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, academic, or clinical settings
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation abilities
• Critical thinking and sound decision-making capabilities
• Experience in early-phase development, First-In-Human, or Proof of Concept studies (preferred)

Compensation: $150,500–$245,500 annually
