LOCATION: San Diego, CA
PAY RANGE: $25-$30/hr (more based on experience)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare successful demand packages in personal injury matters.
- Draft well-written demand letters that clearly establish the facts of the case and outline the injuries and damages sustained by the client.
- Calculate damages, including lost wages, property damage and medical expenses.
- Bring a team-oriented and positive attitude to our San Diego Office
YOUR SKILLS:
- 2 years of experience working in a personal injury law firm.
- Ability to review and organize medical records and bills.
- Must be able to perform at a high level in fast-paced environment and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience handling a large volume of personal injury cases and a proven track record of drafting successful demand letters.
- Type at least 40 wpm.
