All baked goods are made from scratch on-site daily using the freshest ingredients. Our signature Celebration Cake is a birthday staple on thousands of tables. Develops and trains skills in mixing, baking, and building. Assigns daily production to team members and ensures completion. Ensures all food is prepared, handled, and stored according to all required food safety code standards. Qualifications Associate degree in Culinary, Baking or Pastry Arts preferred 2 years of leadership experience in a team environment Ability to work in multiple regional locations Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule according to business needs Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license Physical Requirements Frequent walking, kneeling, bending, and reaching overhead Able to stand for extended periods of time Must be able to lift, move, and carry up to 75 pounds Must be able to taste product for quality assurance (buttercream, cake, cupcake batter, cookie dough, and other recipes as assigned) Certifications ServSafe Manager Food Handler Certification We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. #J-18808-Ljbffr SusieCakes Bakery
