Recruiter PositionAs a Recruiter, you will assist Service Centers in the recruitment, hiring, training and onboarding of quality candidates.ResponsibilitiesWillingness to travel to various Service Centers, Career Fairs, School or Club presentations, and hiring eventsCollaborate with the Recruiting Manager to align recruiting strategies to meet goalsDevelop and source a strong pipeline of candidates using a variety of methods including social media, job boards, LinkedIn, Indeed, employee referrals, search agencies, etcReviewing applications for candidates at various levelsRecruiting hourly employees and InternsInterviewing applicants both in-person and virtuallySetting up interviews for Hiring ManagersFollowing up with candidates during the interview processAdvancing candidates through the Interview and Hiring Process in applicant tracking systemCreating Training Schedule for new employeesAssisting new hires with on-boarding and orientation at the Service Center levelTraining new Service Center employeesMaintaining communication with Service Center leadership on staffing needsOther duties as assignedQualificationsDetail OrientedAbility to multitaskTeam player with a positive attitudeExcellent written and oral communication skillsStrong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word and ExcelExperience conducting interviews and reviewing applications is a plusExcellent organizational and time management skillsPrevious HR/Recruiting experience is a plusBenefitsStable and growing organizationCompetitive weekly payQuick advancementProfessional, positive, and people-centered work environmentModern facilitiesComprehensive benefits package: Health, Dental, Vision, AD&D, 401(k), etc.Paid holidays (8); paid vacation and personal days
