Residential Manager (Human Services)

Full-Time | $25/hour + Benefits
Primary Location: Washington | Union | Sullivan, MO (Single Site Assignment)

ABiLITY is seeking a Degreed Residential Manager to lead a team supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in a 24-hour residential setting. In this role, you will have primary responsibility for one residential location , allowing you to build strong relationships with your team and the individuals you support.

• Supervise, coach, and support Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)
• Oversee day-to-day operations within your assigned residential home
• Ensure health, safety, and quality of care
• Coordinate medical appointments, follow-ups, and documentation
• Maintain accurate records
• Foster a respectful, person-centered environment

• Primarily Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Evening or weekend support as needed
• On-call rotation approximately every 4–5 weeks (with additional stipend)
• Assigned to one primary location
• Hybrid flexibility available for administrative tasks, when appropriate

• Starting pay: $25.00/hour
• On-call stipend provided
• Mileage reimbursement at the federal rate for work-related travel (when applicable)

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field
  OR equivalent experience (5+ years in human services)
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus
• Valid driver’s license
