The role involves creating effective retail marketing strategies to boost product visibility and consumer interest in a competitive retail landscape. The specialist will lead the execution of marketing programs, analyze sales performance, and ensure the brand's visibility in the market. Your Contribution: - Collaborate with the Country Lead to build an efficient customer marketing plan that aligns with business goals. - Drive creativity and innovation through online campaign executions. - Develop a comprehensive understanding of the marketing ecosystem and activate key levers. - Lead online marketing programs and promotion executions. - Analyze data from campaigns to create and share best practices. - Identify trends and opportunities by analyzing shopper and competitive data. - Turn insights into action plans for partners, including new product launches and promotional plans. - Align action plans with key stakeholders and coordinate execution. - Assist in creating online content such as product display pages and banners.
